Below you'll find all the info you need about my health coaching offerings.

What my programs look like:

Each of my coaching programs consist of me supporting you in transitioning to a healthier diet, no matter where you currently are. 

I believe that the healthiest diet for humans is a high-raw (or fully raw), alkaline-rich whole foods plant based diet. With that said, I'm happy to work with anyone who genuinely wants to put in the work to clean up their diet, whether plant based or not. 

 A high-raw diet supports your body in maintaining an alkaline state. All physical suffering known to humankind is caused by the body being in an acidic state due to eating acid-forming foods as well as having a stagnant lymphatic system. I'll support you in diet and lifestyle practices which support your lymphatic system, allow for natural detoxification in your body, and create an alkaline state for your body to heal.

My goal is to help you fill 60-
70% of your diet with raw living foods.
However, sometimes change needs to happen with baby steps, so even if that means supporting you in going from fast food 3 times per week to 1 times per week, that's an accomplishment! We start with where you're at now, and together move towards your ideal lifestyle and state of healt

I've been eating.a high raw, fruit based diet for the past 4 years, and have traversed all the ups and downs that go along with this lifestyle. I have the experience and wisdom to help you make this transition easeful and joyous, where you'll have no desire to move backwards towards old habits, but only forwards into greater health. 

Herbal Protocol Option:

For those who want to dive in deeper and receive a customized herbal protocol to address their health concerns, I have an option for an added herbal protocol. This is the exact same program as my other coaching programs, except whereas in my other programs the focus is primarily on helping you improve your diet & lifestyle changes, in this program I will also be supporting you in addressing your health concerns specifically with herbs and detoxification practices (if desired). This is an option for someone who wants to dive in deeper to their healing.

Please be advised that the cost of herbs is not included in this program. You will be responsible for purchasing your herbs from the Dr. Morse's Cellular Botanicals line.
