It's time for you to reclaim your God-given health.

In this 7 day virtual offering, you will reset your diet and relationship to food by consuming only whole foods for the duration of the week. Whole foods are the foundation to claiming your God-given health. This reset will connect you to your identity as a cherished Daughter of God who was born to be well.

Will this be a live program?
No, but you'll still get access to all the materials, including the live videos which aired during the live portion of this program. The only difference is the videos won't be happening live. But you can still ask any questions in the group and I'll respond quickly to support you in any way I can. 

Is this reset for vegans only?

No. this challenge is open to everyone. There will be suggestions for both meat and plant based eaters. 

Will this reset resolve my heath issues?

A short challenge like this will not magically resolve all of your health issues, however, you very well may see improvements. The simpler and more whole food-based you eat, the more your body can focus on healing, so I highly recommend participating in this challenge if you are seeking to improve your health. 

Would this be good for someone wanting to lose weight?

Oh, yes! The cool thing is that when you simply eat foods in their natural form and stay away from hyper processed foods, your body weight will naturally balance itself where it wants to be. This is an excellent program for anyone wanting to lose weight. 

What is considered a whole food? What's can I eat for the 7 days?

Foods that are in their natural form are considered whole foods. Technically this includes fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes, grains, eggs, and meat/fish. However, the meal plan I'll be suggesting sticks more with the fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds (and a small amount of meat for those who consume it.) While it may seem limiting compared to your current diet, rest assured that God has provided a plethora of delicious options in his plant kingdom. This is not a restricting reset! You'll be getting plenty of everything you need - except for the processed stuff (which is a great thing!) 

Will we only be eating raw foods?

No, the meal plan includes cooked foods, but the meal plan includes a ton of fresh fruits and veggies. The more living food you eat, the better you'll feel!
