Set a goal and vision for your health/lifestyle

Together we'll come up with a plan and vision for how you want to feel and what you want to accomplish by the end of our time together

Craft a daily plan for you to get there 

I will offer you a personalized meal plan with a basic daily rhythm for eating based on where you are now and where you want to be​. I'll also give you my Transition Recipe Book and other resources to make your transition a breeze

Receive weekly support & guidance

We'll meet weekly via zoom for the duration of the program, where you'll receive compassionate support, accountability, and guidance in anything that may be coming up for you. I'll hold your hand through thick & thin
